Your role

As an HR consultant, you have a cross-administrative, driving role with the task of providing ongoing strategic and operational HR support to the administration's managers. You work closely with the operations and provide daily support to managers in areas such as competence supply, work environment, rehabilitation, salary review, employment conditions, and labor law.

You work consultatively and independently in processes and with individual cases. You will plan and carry out various information and training initiatives for the administration's managers. In addition to your consultative role, you are an employer representative and contribute to good cooperation with managers, the operations, and the trade unions. You participate in and represent the administration in various HR networks within the City of Stockholm. The position also includes routine administrative tasks.

Your competence and experience

• University degree with an HR focus or other equivalent higher education.
• At least 4 years of experience in qualified and consultative HR work across various areas.
• Experience with HR issues within a politically governed organization.
• Experience with union cooperation.
• Good system proficiency and a regular user of MS Office.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience with the City of Stockholm's personnel system, both payroll and negotiation systems, recruitment tools, and existing reporting systems. Experience in project management, change management, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in work environment efforts is also meritorious.
